Funny thing is that they only attack people when they perceive humans to be something they're not.

However, I don't personally like handling them at all. They are insanely strong and are pretty damn bendy and will reach around and grab you. I need to get a long handled dehooker as I'd like to target them eventually. I prefer to keep all 10 of my fingers.
